Bourne Steel is pleased to announce that they have now secured the Project Mint contract with ISG.

The project lies within the O2 (formerly known as the Millennium Dome) on the Greenwich Peninsula and when complete, it will give a unique 360 degree walk through experience within the dome.

Approximately 1800 tonnes of steel will be erected to form a mainly two storey, high end retail shopping mall, complete with curved and galleried staircases, scenic lifts, and a feature ceiling above the pedestrian zones.

The construction will be extremely demanding, working on multiple faces, in a live public area and under a tented dome.

Steel work will commence at the beginning of March 2017 and will be complete by Christmas 2017.
