The Bourne training programme exposes recruits to all aspects of the business, and involves hands-on experience in all disciplines. It is a first-class foundation, which enables us and recruits in tandem to determine individual strengths, interests and appropriate roles.
Each new recruit is assigned a line manager with the responsibility to clarify tasks and roles, while HR set performance objectives and career paths. Crucially, all new recruits are taught behavioural competencies to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
