Design
Our experienced Bourne Parking in-house designers are available to work with your team. Starting with a blank sheet of paper, or alternatively picking up your preliminary concepts, we will develop and refine the best sustainable solution for your project.
The design team includes structural and civil engineers, MEPH designers and CAD modelers who are highly qualified and fully conversant with industry standard software and BIM protocols.

Build
We lead the UK car park industry in the design and build of off-site, modular systems.
Our modular systems are designed specifically for car parks. They are built using structural steel frames and concrete floors, materials that are strong, robust and provide a long life with minimal maintenance. These systems are flexible and can be adapted to suit the requirements of our clients.
We are experts in fast-track project delivery. We utilise lean construction and modern methods of construction, together with bespoke off-site manufactured and integrated frame, cladding and services solutions.
