Situated in the centre of London adjacent to Waterloo station, this  development provides 1,093 units of student bedrooms, a sixth form college, 380sqm of office space and a health suite.

Bourne Steel constructed five floors (basement to 3rd floor) with the upper floor being a transfer deck to take an eighteen storey concrete tower block above. On this upper floor there were a series of members, all bespoke manufactured for the project and each in excess of 20 Tonnes.

Bourne’s scope also includes the unique feature architectural roof on top of the concrete tower block.
