This project involved the design and build of a split level multi-storey car park providing 908 spaces for the Peterborough & Stamford NHS Trust at their newly extended hospital campus.

Working alongside the client, we were able to design a very efficient layout utilising our Montex modular technology. Use of our Montex system played a major part in minimising disruption on a very busy live hospital site due to the off-site manufacture of the steel frame and precast, prefinished floor design. The construction of the grade level car park also formed part of our scope of works, which also encompassed the soft landscaping.

We developed a cost-effective cladding solution for the multi-storey car park, which consisted of  architectural mesh panels combined with feature facing brickwork;  the stair and lift cores were also masonry construction with feature facing brickwork.

Our experienced site operations team delivered the project on time and within budget.
