A turnkey design and build Montex multi storey car park over five split levels, providing 434 spaces for use by rail passengers on the Great Eastern Mainline.

By capitalizing on our in-house expertise, Bourne Parking was able to create an efficient car park design that provided a minimal visual impact upon the environment and complimented the surrounding Victorian architecture of the station buildings and nearby private residences.

Bourne Parking provided a contemporary elevational appearance for the building that blended a combination of high-quality materials including architectural brickwork for the circulation core structures and composite cladding panels for the main spandrels. Attention to detail for this element of design was paramount, and the building also included a canopy on the main elevation to match the existing station building.

The car park has also been designed for potential future increases in capacity by means of lateral expansion of the decks. Ipswich station also highlights Bourne Parking’s ability  to complete projects within a live railway environment adjacent to the main track.
