Our turnkey project will provide network resilience to support Birmingham and the wider region in preparation for the Commonwealth Games in July 2022.

As main contractor, our scope was to maximize the structure’s footprint on the site, utilizing a flat deck layout with a wide two-way internal ramp. The car park has five suspended levels, 644 parking spaces and built with Bourne Parking’s market-leading sustainable Montex structural frame and floor system, which was constructed off-site to minimize disruption on site.
