Bourne Parking were appointed by Pellikaan to deliver the above ground scope for a new multi-storey car park at the newly constructed Places Leisure Centre in Camberley.

The parking layout was developed on a ramped-deck parking configuration to provide maximum efficiency for the physically constrained site. The car park provides 205 spaces across ground floor and two suspended decks. All spaces are 2.5m wide to provide the users with a comfortable and user-friendly car park experience.

Bourne Parking were responsible for the design and build of the galvanized steel frame, precast concrete Montex floor units, perimeter vehicle barrier and edge restraint system, top deck waterproofing, above ground drainage, white lining, precast concrete stair cores and finishes, M&E, brick slip system and curtain walling to the stair cores.

The new leisure facility and multi-storey car park is constructed on the former Arena Leisure Centre site and will provide a range of fitness facilities including a new 25metre 6-lane swimming pool, health and fitness suite and café.
